I brought our almost 5 year old Siberian cat, Rizzo, in because he suddenly became very ill. Thinking he had just gotten into something, I just wanted them to check him out and do an X-ray to see if he had an obstruction. They took him back right away to get his vitals. After refusing their initial treatment plan, they put us in a room to speak with the dr. Turned out he was in severe congestive heart failure. The dr walked us through what she heard and saw on his X-ray. We had to make the hardest decision to euthanize him. The cardiology technician, Karla, that helped us was amazing. She provided information that made us feel better about the decision we had to make. We had our little fella cremated and they provided the sweetest keepsake. Not only did they handle everything very professionally, but they also sent us a condolence card signed by all the staff! I would definitely recommend this place!! read less
